Here is what you can expect during our time together. 

 

House location

Wellness House Tampa (Airbnb)

417 West Ross Ave Unit 2, Tampa, FL 33603

It is the unit on the LEFT side if you are facing the house.

**If you are parking at the Airbnb, there is both free and paid  (Parkmobile) street parking in the neighborhood surrounding the house. Please note signage carefully as they do ticket regularly.

*Plan to be dropped off via Uber at the property at 4:00pm. If your flight has you arriving/leaving significantly earlier or later, please contact Shay and she will give you some options.

  • 5 pm Rooftop snacks and drinks
  • 6:30 Private Chef Dinner

  • 8 pm Post-dinner reflective session
 
 
 
Morning
  • 7am  – Optional morning walk on the Riverwalk
  • Self-served breakfast
  • 9-12:30 Morning "hot seat" sessions

 

Afternoon
  • 12:30 Walk to lunch at Sweetgreens
  • 1:30-4:30 – Open time + afternoon wellness fun, time to get cleaned up for dinner

 

Evening
  • 5pm – Dinner reservation (Dressy Casual attire)
  • 8:00 – Sound bath experience at the house
Morning
  • Self-served breakfast
  • 8-10 – Closing Sessions  
  • 11am – Check out of The Wellness House 
 

 

 

 

Recommended Packing List

  • Swimsuit (If you plan to sauna or cold plunge at the house)
  • PJs
  • Workout/walking clothes if desired
  • Soft yoga-friendly clothes
  • Comfy layers for cool evenings or mornings outside
  • Comfy casual outfit for indoor sessions
  • Dinner out attire (Dressy Casual) at Oak and Ola Restaurant
  • Journaling/note taking tools of preference
  • Anything you need for your “hot seat” time (20 min. "hot seat" per person to get feedback on any topic you would like – business or otherwise).

 

Sound Bath Experience Description

 

From the instructor: "A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience using sounds to generate gentle, yet effective beneficial and restorative vibrations.  My sound bath experience is unique in that it is Christ-centered and free of a new age atmosphere . I believe in Jesus and the promises He shares to bring peace and healing through His Spirit – it is a space where you can truly relax and immerse yourself in a therapeutic soundscape while possibly listening for His still small voice. By using various instruments and frequencies, sound baths have been shown to improve sleep, reduce anxiety and depression, and enhance overall well-being.  Because I believe we are created as "three part beings" (body, soul and spirit), during the sessions I hold, my desire is to be open to fostering the spiritual side and being open to listening to the voice and care of your Heavenly Father as you enjoy this deeply restorative experience.
